Reagan Adams

Reagan’s aim is to help every person achieve their full potential. This often involves overcoming barriers and helping them to develop better relationships with themselves and others. Having completed a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Reagan is able to work with a wide range of presenting problems, and is skilled at adapting therapy to meet the needs of individual people, their unique circumstances and their own understanding of what is affecting them.
Reagan has experience in the following therapeutic approaches: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing and can assist in a range of areas including depression, panic attacks, excessive worries / generalized anxiety, social anxiety, pain management, substance abuse / dependence and problem gambling.
Reagan is committed to empowering people to achieve healthy and balanced lives and most importantly to assist people achieve their goals whatever they may be.

May was originally trained as a pharmacist, and had industry experience in both hospital and community pharmacy settings. Her interests shifted to academia where she taught medical students at the Faculty of Medicine at both Bond University and Griffith University. She still maintains her medical knowledge and pharmacist qualifications through regular Continuing Medical Education programs and industry involvement.

May up-skilled in the area of Management and completed her Master of Business Administration in Bond University. As the Operations Manager at The Shrink Group, she oversees both clinical and administrative operations.

Heather Mackenzie

Heather has completed a double degree of Bachelor of Psychological Science and Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice, both with distinction. Heather has known since a young age that her passion was to help others live their best lives, and aims to become a psychologist in the future.

Heather has previously worked as a disability support worker and enjoys working with people of all ages and of various backgrounds. Heather particularly enjoys working with children, and is passionate about teaching life skills through a positive perspective. Heather also has a strong knowledge base and interest around disabilities and mental health.

In her spare time Heather likes to be active, often horse riding or dancing, but she also loves to cook and play video games.

Marise Fallon

Marise is a clinical psychologist who has worked in public and private clinics across three states. Marise loves her work as a psychologist, is passionate about supporting people to reach their full potential and enjoys working with children and families, adolescents and adult clients.

Marise uses evidence-based practice to support clients with anxiety, depression, stress, ASD, ADHD, adjustment disorder, low self-worth, sleep difficulties, and other emotional and behavioural issues. Meeting and appreciating each person for who they are and tailoring a treatment program to suit each individual’s needs, strengths and weaknesses are key tenets of her practice.

With a passion for mindfulness-based therapies, Marise incorporates a range of approaches in her clinical practice, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-Integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Positive Psychology and Positive Behaviour Support.

In her spare time Marise enjoys spending time at the beach and at her home in the bush.

Isabelle Gros

Isabelle is a Provisional Psychologist who completed her undergraduate honours degree at the University of Queensland and masters degree at the University of Southern Queensland. Isabelle is passionate about supporting people to reach their full potential.

Isabelle's background with the NDIS makes her a great addition to the team as she brings a wealth of experience and interest in working with children and families, in particular children who present with complex needs or diagnoses of Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Defecit Hyperactive Disorder and Intellectual Impairment Disorder.

Isabelle can speak fluent French, enjoys travelling, the great outdoors, staying active and volunteering for surf life saving. She also has a passion for animals and nature.

Tahnee Serone

Tahnee is a Provisional Psychologist whom completed both an undergraduate psychological science and psychology honours degree. Tahnee is enthusiastic and passionate about wellbeing, and since high school has procured an innate awareness that helping people to reach their full potential was her calling in life.

Throughout her studies, Tahnee has found working alongside a wide variety of individuals to be a rewarding experience and has formed a keen interest in Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

Tahnee is a local to this area having grown up on the Kingscliff Tweed Coast. In her spare time, Tahnee focuses on her creativity and love for adventure. Tahnee enjoys pottery with friends and family as well as enjoying weekend get-a-ways in her self-renovated van.

Grace Branjerdporn

BOccThy(Hons I), CHIA, PhD

Dr Grace Branjerdporn is an Occupational Therapist who has completed her Bachelor, Honours and PhD at the University of Queensland. Grace's PhD looked at helping mothers and babies, before and after birth, by improving their mental health and relationship with each other through innovative approaches such as sensory modulation.

Grace is passionate about individuals reaching their potential. Grace has worked with individuals across the lifespan with a range of mental health conditions and developmental concerns. She has worked in both public and private sectors, and in metropolitan and rural locations.

Grace has published over 20 research articles in international peer-reviewed journals. Her main area of specialty is in Mental Health.

Cara is a Provisional Psychologist who completed a double degree of Bachelor of Psychological Science and Bachelor or Criminology and Criminal Justice at Griffith University. Cara furthered her studies and completed her Honours degree in Psychology at Southern Cross University.

From a young age, Cara was always aware that she wanted to work in a profession that helped people. She has always had an interest in psychology and human behaviour, which has continually grown throughout her years at university. Cara is an early career psychologist with a wide range of interests. She is passionate about working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and assisting in making a positive and meaningful change to their lives

In her spare time, Cara loves to go to the beach, watch true crime shows and spend time with her family and friends.

Thomas Jahnke

Tom is a provisional psychologist who completed a double degree in Behavioural Science and Justice from the Queensland University of Technology. After graduating in 2020, Tom continued his studies by completing an honours degree in psychology, where he conducted a research project investigating the impact ‘game score’ has on anxiety levels in athletes.

Tom is passionate about supporting individuals to live a quality of life they deserve and is a big believer in using exercise to promote health and wellbeing. Since beginning his career as a provisional psychologist, Tom has developed a particular interest in mens’ mental health, depression, and anxiety disorders.

In his free time, Tom enjoys going to the gym, reading true crime, and watching sport (NRL, cricket and UFC).
